About Us
The idea for AT IN Tennis came together when Co-Founders Glen Andresen and Mike
Terwilliger worked together in hockey. They started the Never Too Late Hockey Camp
for kids aged 9 – 13 who were interested in playing hockey, but thought they missed
out on the opportunity.
The camp turned into one of Minnesota Hockey’s greatest success stories as nearly
100 kids per year are starting hockey through the camp and continuing on in the sport.
In the summer of 2022, Glen’s oldest daughter was looking to get involved in more
athletics. She was interested in tennis, but didn’t want to learn with young beginners
who weren’t her age. And she didn’t want to learn with kids her own age who were
much more experienced. So having played tennis through high school and into college,
Glen decided to work with her and then realized there are a lot of kids in the same
boat. He wanted to take that passion for teaching a lifelong skill to others.
Co-founder Mike Terwilliger joined as one of the most respected hockey coaches in
the State. Currently the head coach for the Eden Prairie boys high school hockey team,
Mike brings a wealth of coaching and tennis experience to AT IN. Terwilliger won the
Minnesota State High School Singles Championship in 1989. He also gave Michael
Chang all he could handle in a match that year.
Mike and Glen are excited to work with your children and help them become the best
tennis players and athletes they can be!
